Factory Manager - Pharmaceutical - Cosmetic Manufacturing

As a Factory Manager at Ratti Brands Pvt Ltd, you will be leading end-to-end factory operations for derma product lines in a fast-paced on-site production environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring on-time shipments and production targets - Enforcing cGMP-compliant processes such as overseeing batch record review, deviation and OOS investigations, CAPA, and change control - Planning and optimizing production schedules, capacity, and resource allocation to improve throughput and reduce lead times - Driving continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to raise yield, reduce waste, and lower manufacturing costs - Preparing and managing regulatory and customer audits, validation activities, supplier quality interactions, and document control - Developing and coaching on-site teams, enforcing EHS and safety standards, and maintaining high housekeeping and operational discipline **Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:** - cGMP - WHO-GMP - Batch Record Review - CAPA - LEAN Manufacturing **Preferred Skills:** - Process Validation - Deviation Management - Six Sigma - ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics GMP - Strong QMS (ISO 9001 mindset) - Digital traceability - Risk-based QC + microbiology control **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in pharmacy, Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent - Proven experience in pharmaceutical or derma manufacturing with a demonstrable track record in production leadership and regulatory compliance - Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in handling audits, regulatory inspections, and cross-functional coordination This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurugram, Sector-37, Pace City-1, India, with a five-day work week.
