Job Description

As the Head of Exports, your main role is to lead and expand the B2B export business for Tea and Coffee in the designated international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing export strategies, which involve appointing distributors, enhancing capabilities, and managing performance effectively. - Cultivating strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, HoReCa chains, corporates, institutions, and gifting partners. - Taking ownership of export revenue, profitability, and meeting primary and secondary sales targets. - Analyzing monthly Management Information Systems (MIS), sales forecasts, and market performance to stimulate growth and efficiency. - Collaborating with logistics, finance, quality, and marketing departments to ensure seamless export operations and compliance. - Representing the brand at global trade fairs, buyer meets, and crucial client interactions. - Ensuring strict adherence to export regulations, documentation, and international trade norms. Qualifications required for this role include bringing in 10+ years of experience in export or international business, preferably in sectors such as Tea, Coffee, FMCG, or agri-commodities. Please note that this job is based in Churchgate, Mumbai, and you will report directly to the CEO.
