Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned clients. This includes job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the onboarding process. You will need to implement recruitment strategies that are tailored to the specific requirements of each client in order to attract high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build talent pipelines. - Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring practices throughout the recruitment process. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to both clients and internal stakeholders. - Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and verifying employment history. - Continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience by incorporating feedback and best practices. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to support hiring needs and recruitment marketing efforts. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. - Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment strategies. - Familiarity with employment laws and diversity hiring practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
