Experienced Full Stack Software Developer

Role Overview: As an Experienced Software Developer - Full Stack at Boeing India Private Limited, you will be part of the Tech Solutions team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will contribute to the development of software applications and digital products to provide direct value to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems. - Define high-level and low-level requirements for software development. - Integrate software components to create fully functional systems. - Select, customize, and implement software processes, tools, and metrics. - Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and Development Leads to understand and clarify requirements. - Work with team members to achieve development goals, share knowledge, and ensure deliverables meet user needs. - Coach team members on software development practices and promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. - Review code and design artifacts to maintain high standards and quality. - Ensure code quality by adhering to coding standards and conducting unit/component/integration testing. - Seek feedback from peers and leadership to enhance skills and deliverable quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in .NET Full Stack (C#)/Java Full Stack. - Proficiency in UI Frameworks like Angular and ReactJS. - Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework, Dapper), with familiarity in NoSQL databases. - Preferred: Knowledge of Nest JS/Node JS, AI/ML programming, Python, Django, Flask. - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps tools. - Experience with GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube, Coverity. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication abilities. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in the Aviation domain is a plus. - Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
