Executive - MIS Global Finance and Compliance

As a candidate for the role of Global MIS Reporting and Power BI Dashboard Manager at a company in the IT/Technology/Global Services environment, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Taking complete ownership of global MIS reporting and Power BI dashboards across various entities in USA, Uganda, Dubai, Singapore, and India. This will involve providing valuable insights on revenue, margins, cash flow, working capital, and project profitability. Your role will also include ensuring data integrity and delivering timely leadership reporting. - Leading finance closing activities, reconciliations, GST compliance, and coordinating with ROC/Company Secretary for statutory filings, board documentation, and compliance tracking. - Acting as the Finance Process Owner for ERP, overseeing chart of accounts, cost centers, workflows, and automation. You will also be responsible for managing intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting for multi-country operations. - Handling project costing and budget tracking, developing Finance SOPs and internal controls for P2P, O2C, R2R processes. You will also be involved in internal audit coordination, preparation of board packs, resolutions, and IT form submissions. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess a CA/CMA/MBA qualification with at least 23 years of experience. You should have strong accounting skills, proficiency in Power BI, exposure to GST compliance, and secretarial functions. Additionally, your ability to collaborate with global stakeholders while maintaining a high level of ownership and compliance orientation will be crucial for this position.
