Executive Director Product Management and Development

As Head of GTM Product at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and management of GTM products and services. Your role will involve understanding client needs, analyzing industry trends, and delivering innovative and competitive products aligned with Wells Fargo's 2025-27 Strategy. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Set up, manage, and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy - Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives in partnership with US teams - Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for high-impact products - Identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and business requirements - Determine strategies for product development to meet deliverables such as Platform Modernization initiatives and regulatory mandates - Develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, including global considerations - Analyze customer behavior and feedback to ensure seamless customer experience - Collaborate with various teams to execute the Product Operating Model - Manage resources for Product Management & Development - Cultivate talent development culture to meet business objectives Qualifications Required: - 10 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or equivalent experience - 5 years of Management experience - Proven track record in developing and managing GTM products Desired Qualifications: - Masters degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - Strong technology background is an added advantage Skills Required: - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Business Case Development and complex project management Key Competencies: - Strategic thinking - Execution in a complex environment - Innovation and transformation-oriented mindset In this role, you are expected to set up a strong team in India and Philippines for GTM product management and development, ensure seamless transitions, and drive the team to deliver the 2025-27 product strategy effectively.
