Job Description
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at WOG Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in various aspects of their work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Efficiently managing the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel schedules, emails, and calls.
- Preparing, reviewing, and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, contracts, and tenders.
- Drafting letters, agreements, and briefs for the CEO's review.
- Representing the CEO or the organization when necessary.
- Supporting the CEO in project reviews, business analysis, and strategy monitoring.
- Coordinating with department heads, board members, investors, and global partners.
- Assisting in strategic planning, performance tracking, and business case brief preparation.
- Drafting speeches, articles, and digital media content on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing the CEO's LinkedIn profile and digital brand presence.
- Tracking key business KPIs and creating executive-level summary dashboards.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
Travel & Event Management
- Organizing domestic and international travel logistics for the CEO.
- Ensuring seamless arrangements for trips, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Accompanying the CEO on business travel to enhance engagement effectiveness.
Research & Industry Intelligence
- Conducting in-depth research in water, wastewater, renewable energy, and sustainability sectors.
- Summarizing insights, industry reports, and competitor intelligence for decision-making.
- Monitoring global trends in environment, technology, energy, and regulatory landscapes.
- Utilizing AI-powered research tools for rapid intelligence gathering.
- Preparing briefing documents and market analysis notes for key meetings.
Technical & Digital Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with project management and task tracking tools.
- Knowledge of research tools such as Perplexity AI, Statista, Bloomberg.
- Communication skills using Outlook, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Document management expertise with SharePoint, OneDrive, DocuSign, and cloud-based file organization.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Artificial Intelligence, Technology, or Digital Productivity preferred.
- Courses in data analytics, project management (PMP/PRINCE2), or sustainability are advantageous.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an EA or Chief of Staff role supporting C-suite / Top Management.
- Proven track record in managing international travel, visa/passport procedures, and logistics.
