Role Overview: At Mecwerx, we are expanding our presence in industrial and manufacturing projects, and we are currently looking for execution partners to enhance our delivery ecosystem. This role is not focused on sourcing or lead-generation activities. We are seeking execution-first partners who possess proven on-ground capabilities to support our projects. Our operating model is centered on being study-led and execution-driven, ensuring that every project is meticulously engineered upfront and executed under single-point ownership. As an execution partner at Mecwerx, you will operate within a structured engineering, training, and documentation framework, rather than as a disconnected vendor. Key Responsibilities: - Execute various scopes including production & assembly line operations, warehouse & intralogistics systems, machining, fabrication, heavy industrial installation, automation, controls, system integration support, site execution, commissioning, final handover, operator training, technical documentation, and SOP implementation. - Work closely with the team to ensure quality and schedule adherence. - Collaborate under defined engineering ownership to achieve project objectives. - Support training initiatives, SOPs development, and handover documentation. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in site execution and delivery. - Strong focus on quality and adherence to schedules. - Ability to work effectively under defined engineering ownership. - Capability to assist in training programs, SOP development, and documentation processes.
