Job Description

As an Events Marketing Manager at Visit.org, you will be responsible for strategically planning, marketing, and executing high-impact events that contribute to brand visibility, corporate partnerships, and measurable business results. Your role will involve collaborating with industry partners, managing event logistics, cultivating relationships with corporate sponsors, and ensuring the success of both virtual and in-person events. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of various events such as executive roundtables, webinars, and conferences with attendees ranging from dozens to several hundred, including international participants. - Own back-end operations including event logistics, vendor management, budgets, and technical setup, while also focusing on enhancing the front-end guest experience. - Collaborate with industry partners to co-plan and co-host events, ensuring mutual objectives are achieved. - Develop creative partnership concepts to increase brand exposure and event attendance, while also negotiating sponsorships and collaboration deals. - Work closely with the marketing team to create integrated promotional campaigns for events and support revenue goals by driving qualified leads through sales collaboration. - Manage event-related content creation such as invitations, landing pages, and social media campaigns, and track and report event ROI to improve future events. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a similar role with a proven track record of managing small-scale and large-scale events. - Experience working with C-suite or senior-level corporate partners, strong negotiation skills, and excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple projects. - Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with marketing and sales teams, and international event experience is a plus. - Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment and a passion for Visit.org's mission to make a meaningful impact in the world through technology.
