ERP Manager

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Internal Consultant / ERP Manager within the MSD365 Team, your role is crucial in supporting enterprise finance operations. Your responsibilities include implementing change requests, supporting global ERP rollout projects, and ensuring stable service operations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (Finance & Operations), with a specific focus on enterprise-grade ERP scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate, coordinate, and contribute to feasibility studies for enterprise finance and operation processes - Analyze complex business and finance and operation requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 Finance - Perform hands-on configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting) - Design enterprise finance solutions aligned with global templates and harmonization initiatives - Resolve incidents and service requests, actively contributing to problem management on MSD365 - Prepare test cases, test scripts, and execute integration testing and UAT for enterprise deployments - Support and govern global MSD365 ERP rollout projects for the finance and operation domains - Coordinate finance-related activities including master data management, training, and communication - Deliver training to key users and maintain system and process documentation - Manage and contribute to finance and operation related ERP projects using structured project management practices Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience with responsibilities outlined, preferably in a multi-national company environment - Strong expertise in financial management, product costing, and profitability analysis - Experience with at least two end-to-end ERP implementations or major redesigns - Deep understanding of finance integration with sales, procurement, and supply chain processes - Experience with enterprise ERP platforms (Dynamics 365); ITIL certifications considered an advantage - Good process understanding and ability to support SAP best practice approaches within different templates - Experience with Basware product line is considered an advantage - Degree from Technical College preferred - Proficiency in English Soft Skills: - Ability to act independently - Attention to detail - Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate at all levels within the company - Flexibility and adaptability - Interpersonal skills and cultural awareness - Planning and organization skills - Problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a global team - Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly and adapt to changes in timelines and sequences In addition, ensure timely completion of service incidents, requests, problems, and escalations related to Service Operations within agreed SLA's, OLA's, and best effort depending on the priority of the ticket.
