Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Matillion, you will play a crucial role in identifying and closing current enterprise customers, as well as expanding Matillion's presence within existing customer accounts on the West Coast. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development within a specified territory. You will need to leverage your strong business acumen and customer relationship skills to increase Matillion's value across the customer base.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize at least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment to consistently achieve and exceed $1M+ ARR quotas and close six-figure deals.
- Apply sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling to navigate large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes effectively.
- Independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers while demonstrating efficient pipeline management.
- Identify customer's technical challenges and translate them into clear business value propositions for all levels of the organization.
- Showcase exceptional negotiation and closing skills to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas and closing six-figure deals.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
- Ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams to continuously learn and apply new techniques to enhance your skills.
