You will play a crucial role as a Backend Software Engineer/Architect at Tekion by designing and building backend solutions for complex business workflows and high-throughput systems. You will have end-to-end ownership of components, including design, development, testing, integration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous enhancements. Leveraging AI tools effectively, you will accelerate engineering output while maintaining quality standards and use AI to draft HLD/LLD documents and implement key components. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing system efficiency, providing technical mentorship, ensuring clear requirements, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
