Job Description

You will be joining CloudFulcrum as a Service Desk Analyst II, where your primary responsibility will be to resolve issues related to various technologies. Your role will involve providing support for hardware such as Apple and Windows devices, mobile devices, networks, operating systems, as well as common internet and SaaS applications like browsers, Slack, Google Workspace, Office, and Okta. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Support internal or external customers in a Global IT Service Desk environment for at least 3 years. - Manage Mac and Windows devices for at least 3 years. - Manage user and role-based access in a predominantly SaaS-based workplace for at least 3 years. - Familiarity with supporting video conferencing systems is desired. - Possess an ITIL mindset and contribute positively to the team's success. - Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac platforms, leveraging expertise in Jamf and Intune. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation tasks related to Jamf is highly desirable. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Experience handling high priority escalations and high-pressure situations. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure support for customers and team. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience supporting internal or external customers in a Global IT Service Desk environment. - 3+ years of experience supporting Mac and Windows devices. - 3+ years of experience managing user and role-based access in a predominantly SaaS-based workplace. - Familiarity with or demonstrated experience in supporting video conferencing systems. - Possess an ITIL mindset. - Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac platforms, with expertise in Jamf and Intune. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Experience supporting high priority escalations and high-pressure situations. - Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure support for customers and team.
