Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the upgrade of the careers website, building EVP-led content and employee testimonials, and improving candidate experience across the digital journey. Additionally, you will own the development of hiring campaign content in collaboration with Marketing, highlighting employee stories, culture, 'Life at NPCI', benefits, and team milestones impact. You will also create and execute a structured social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) employer branding calendar and track content engagement to optimize messaging based on engagement response. You will provide periodic insights on talent attraction effectiveness.
