Job Description
As a Data Analytics professional at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for creating intelligent solutions using data analytics. Your role will involve working with specialized applications to pull data from databases and other sources, identifying patterns and trends, and presenting data in charts, graphs, and tables. You will design and develop relational databases, build data input screens, and implement measures to contain compliance risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas and automate reporting and controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share information from process-related activities and initiatives.
- Execute special projects as assigned by management.
- Build robust, auditable analytics pipelines and dashboards from multiple data sources.
- Translate policies and risk typologies into rules-based logic.
- Explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences and produce clear documentation.
- Document business requirements and generate SOPs for handover of automation to the Testing team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by bringing new ideas and perspectives.
- Manage multiple projects focused on process automation and efficiency.
- Design MIS and reports for senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications Required:
- Qualified graduate with 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics with hands-on proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy; packaging, logging, error handling).
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, subqueries, window functions, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM/GRC and App Engine Studio, Alteryx Designer, and experience in building analytics pipelines and dashboards.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills for explaining findings and producing documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UiPath Studio for RPA workflows and orchestration basics.
- Familiarity with ThoughtSpot and Databricks ecosystem (PySpark, Delta Lake, job scheduling, repos) for scaling analytics on large datasets.
