As an Email Marketing Specialist at our company, your role involves planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. You should have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
Build and manage email workflows, automations, and lead-nurturing sequences
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to enhance engagement and conversions
Develop and maintain email calendars that align with marketing goals
Optimize email content, subject lines, CTAs, and layouts through A/B testing
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and deliverability
Maintain and enhance email list hygiene, compliance, and deliverability best practices
Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging
Ensure all campaigns adhere to data privacy and email compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and HubSpot feature enhancements
Qualifications Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams
- In-depth knowledge of email compliance regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
