As a HubSpot Expert at our company located in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for owning the email marketing strategy and execution end-to-end. Your primary focus will be on planning, creating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive measurable growth. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command of HubSpot's marketing automation tools, excel in data-driven decision-making, and possess a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategy & Planning:**
- Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies that are aligned with business goals.
- Define audience segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align email content with broader campaigns and lead-nurture strategies.
- Plan and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize content, subject lines, and send times.
- **Execution & Optimization:**
- Build and manage HubSpot email campaigns, automation workflows, landing pages, and forms.
- Ensure all email communications follow best practices in deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and brand tone.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), and optimize for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM, manage data hygiene, lead scoring, and contact segmentation.
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
- Produce regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement trends to refine messaging and cadence.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
