As a CNC/VMC Maintenance Electrical Technician, your role involves performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions using appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment. Additionally, your duties will include repairing or replacing faulty electrical components such as motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and switches.
Your responsibilities will also entail installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems. It is crucial to conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, wiring, and connections to identify potential hazards or code violations. Collaboration with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures will be a key part of your job. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition in CNC/VMC, will also be essential.
Qualifications:
- Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred)
As a skilled and experienced CNC/VMC Maintenance Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment in our facility. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
