Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at our company located in Nalgonda District Aipoor, your role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, and machinery to ensure smooth plant operations with minimal downtime. - Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of control panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, and electrical circuits. - Carry out regular preventive maintenance of electrical systems, motors, drives, and switchgear. - Diagnose and resolve breakdown issues in production machines, cranes, welding machines, and other plant equipment. - Read and interpret electrical diagrams, control wiring drawings, and panel schematics. - Ensure proper installation, calibration, and functioning of relays, switches, sensors, contactors, and protection devices. - Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts consumption. - Coordinate with production teams for planned shutdown maintenance. - Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on electrical systems. - Monitor energy usage and suggest improvements for efficiency. - Assist in upgrading or modifying control panels as per production requirements. You should possess strong knowledge of control panel wiring, troubleshooting, and testing, as well as hands-on experience with AC/DC drives, PLC basics, contactors, relays, and switchgear. Your problem-solving and quick decision-making skills will be essential, along with an awareness of industrial electrical safety practices. Qualifications: - ITI Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical Electronics Engineering. - 2-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance of control panels and industrial equipment.
