As an EHS Training Specialist at Igeam Consulting, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, delivering, and tracking mandatory health and safety training in compliance with legislative requirements and the new State-Regions Agreement 2025. You will conduct safety courses and coordinate the training process in a multinational pharmaceutical environment with high standards of compliance, quality, and auditability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver safety training courses (in-person and via video conference) in accordance with ASR25 requirements, including managing records, learning assessments, outcomes, and feedback. - Design and update educational materials (slides, case studies, tests, exercises) to ensure alignment with regulatory obligations, company procedures, and corporate standards. - Plan and coordinate the annual H&S training plan: needs analysis, role segmentation (workers, supervisors, managers, etc.), scheduling, invitations, and logistics. - Manage document compliance: attendance tracking, deadlines, certificates, archiving, audit/inspection evidence, periodic updates, and reporting. - Collaborate with HR and EHS for process integration (onboarding, new hires, job changes, transfers, outsourced workers/contractors where applicable). - Monitor training KPIs (coverage, deadlines, completions, non-conformities) and recommend corrective/improvement actions under EHS coordination. - Manage external vendors (when necessary): provide technical briefings, verify requirements, ensure quality delivery, and collect evidence. - Support internal/external audits and inspections: prepare evidence, respond to findings, update procedures, and operational standards of the training process. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree (preferable) in technical/scientific disciplines or equivalent; alternative paths with relevant experience will be considered. - Safety Trainer qualifications as per current regulations (e.g., criteria for safety trainers). - In-depth knowledge of legislative requirements, agreements, and regulations, with practical application skills in structured corporate environments. - Additional training/certifications preferred: H&S management systems, communication/facilitation techniques, adult learning methodologies. **Experience:** - 3-5 years (or more) experience in delivering H&S training in a company or training institution. - Experience in multinational/industrial settings (preferably pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device, regulated manufacturing). - Operational management experience in a training process: planning, scheduling, tracking, certification, audit readiness. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in H&S regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) and operational application of ASR25 requirements in training design and delivery. - Ability to design effective training sessions: objectives, content, exercises, learning assessments, and effectiveness evaluation. - Proficient in digital tools: LMS/training management systems, Office suite (advanced Excel preferred), video conferencing tools, material production (PowerPoint or equivalents). **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication and classroom management skills (even with diverse populations and operational contexts). - Planning, organization, and precision for audit purposes (deadlines, evidence, documentation, follow-up). - Stakeholder management skills: working in coordination with EHS, interfacing with HR, operational lines, and corporate functions with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach. It is a full-time permanent position under the Commerce National Collective Bargaining Agreement, with remuneration and classification commensurate with actual experience.
