EHS Executive

Job Description:-

Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility to ensure that all equipment, machinery, and processes comply with safety standards.
Monitor workplace conditions and address any safety hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
Ensure that safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and personal protective equipment (PPE), is readily available and in good condition.
Perform risk assessments for various processes, operations, and machinery to identify potential hazards.
Evaluate current safety measures and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
Develop and update safety protocols and procedures based on assessment findings.
Conduct safety training sessions and drills for employees, ensuring they understand safety regulations, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
Ensure that new hires are trained in safety practices before starting work on the floor.
Regularly review and update safety manuals and training materials.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, ISO, and other relevant guidelines.
Prepare and submit reports to management regarding safety audits, compliance issues, and accident investigations.
Liaise with external authorities, such as safety inspectors or regulatory agencies, to ensure the facility meets all safety requirements.

Actively promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
Encourage employees to report safety concerns or hazards without fear of reprisal.
Work with management to set safety goals and track the progress of safety initiatives.
Job Specification:-

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety Must required.
Experience: 0 - 1 Years
Age Limit till 35years
Residing near by Thane
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of word , excel , power point, internet is must
