Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves providing accurate information, supporting students through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding educational courses, career options, and admission processes

• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins

• Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility, and fees

• Assist students with application and documentation processes

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records

• Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and onboarding

• Maintain accurate student database and reports

• Achieve admission targets and contribute to team goals

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and counseling ability

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field 

• Prior experience in education counselling/admissions is an advantage

Experience:

• 03 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
