**Experience:**
- You should have 8 - 11 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials (previously known as E-Business Suite), with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Fusion Financials.
- Leading at least 4 full life cycle implementations, including one on Fusion Financials, is required.
- It would be beneficial to have experience in Project accounting and Supply chain modules.
- Experience in client-facing roles is necessary.
- Proficiency in handling integrations and data conversion activities is expected.
- You should have experience in solution design, drafting functional specs, and driving the solution.
- Ability in application configuration test case preparation and execution is a must.
**Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
- Your responsibilities will include requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
- Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews and discussions.
- Mapping client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules.
- Interpreting functional requirements and delivering designs from offshore.
- Designing module-specific solutions in the context of integrated Oracle Fusion.
- Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions.
- Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, UATs.
- Preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases.
- Conducting trainings.
- Supporting Project Management Office (PMO).
**Competencies / Skills:**
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into design documents.
- Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology.
- Strong customer handling skills and the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge quickly.
- Capacity to work as part of a team and follow well-defined release management processes.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused on release priorities.
- Valid passport required.
- Involvement in client site work and business traveling.
**Education:**
- CA/CWA/MBA-Finance
