Job Description
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Building, nurturing, and sustaining long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions.
- Establishing robust data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity across all business data points.
- Using validated data insights to optimize sales strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.
- Working closely with product teams to define, refine, and enhance offerings aligned with market needs and client expectations.
- Identifying gaps and opportunities in existing product lines based on competitive and customer intelligence.
- Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver business goals effectively.
- Driving strategic planning, forecasting, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of revenue generation, sales growth, and client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of data validation methodologies, business analytics, and market insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience defining and driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
- 18+ years of professional experience in consulting, IT services, or data-driven business roles.
