Job Description
As the Director of Sales at our company in Udaipur, India, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting, monitoring, and achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Building and scaling sales operations infrastructure, including implementing CRM solutions and sales management programs.
- Staying current with industry trends and championing innovative approaches to sales and business development.
- Providing transparent feedback and coaching to team members to develop talent pipelines and create career advancement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a director-level role.
- Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in team leadership, recruitment, training, and talent development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Experience with P&L management and budget allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Certification in sales management or leadership development.
- Experience in luxury or premium market segments.
- Familiarity with Udaipur's business landscape.
- Knowledge of MICE or hospitality industry operations.
Domain Expertise:
- Strategic business planning in competitive markets.
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
