Job Description

As the Director of Sales at our company in Udaipur, India, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and drive revenue growth across all market segments. - Leading, recruiting, and mentoring a sales team by providing coaching on negotiation, communication, and closing techniques. - Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Managing sales contracts, proposals, and agreements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Analyzing market data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in service offerings. - Setting, monitoring, and achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators. - Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. - Building and scaling sales operations infrastructure, including implementing CRM solutions and sales management programs. - Staying current with industry trends and championing innovative approaches to sales and business development. - Providing transparent feedback and coaching to team members to develop talent pipelines and create career advancement opportunities. Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a director-level role. - Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth. - Expertise in team leadership, recruitment, training, and talent development. - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. - Experience with P&L management and budget allocation. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Certification in sales management or leadership development. - Experience in luxury or premium market segments. - Familiarity with Udaipur's business landscape. - Knowledge of MICE or hospitality industry operations. Domain Expertise: - Strategic business planning in competitive markets. - Market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering. - Vendor and partnership management. - Customer relationship management and client retention strategies. - Sales process optimization and operational efficiency.
