As a Manager Strategic Growth at WSP, your role will involve leading technology-driven workflow optimization and data governance for the Strategic Growth Team. You will combine technical expertise in enterprise systems with a consultative approach to enable seamless sales operations, resource planning, and reporting across global teams. The role will be based in the Noida office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive Digital Automation & LowCode Strategy by defining the roadmap for workflow modernization, operational efficiency, and AIenabled transformation across Sales and Consulting functions. - Own Enterprise Integration Architecture, ensuring seamless data exchange and process alignment between Oracle Fusion, M365, Teams, and downstream business applications. - Establish Governance for Power Platform & Workflow Automation, setting development standards, managing solution lifecycles, and ensuring compliance, security, and scalability. - Lead User Training & Adoption Programs, delivering structured enablement on Power Platform capabilities, M365 collaboration tools, CRM best practices, and automated workflows. - Oversee Regional Productivity & Collaboration Solutions, including capacity planning tools, consultant fieldreporting apps, advanced approval workflows, and enterprise automation pipelines. - Build enterprisegrade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & ModelDriven), Dataverse, and Power Fx, ensuring robust architecture, usability, and maintainability. - SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Development: Develop and enhance SharePoint Online components, document automation solutions, and collaboration interfaces supporting project and sales workflows. - Develop integrated Power BI dashboards, automate data refresh and transformation pipelines, and create systemdriven alerts for deadlines, deal milestones, compliance checks, and pipeline intelligence. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Technology or a similar stream with 12+ years of experience. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. - Excellent communication and training skills for cross-functional teams. - Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
