Job Description

As a Marketing Manager B2B, you will be responsible for leading and executing the companys B2B Marketing strategy in the tourism and hospitality sector. Your role will involve building strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving Marketing targets. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients and expand the companys business network. - Drive Marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase market share and revenue. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agencies, corporate clients, and business partners. - Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing targets as per company goals. - Monitor Marketing performance and analyse market trends to optimize business strategies. - Implement pricing strategies and Marketing promotions to drive conversions. - Ensure daily Marketing reporting and accurate data management. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B Marketing executives and assistant managers. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and Marketing skills. - Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive productivity. - Promote a high-performance Marketing culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. - Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, ensuring strong relationships. - Provide insights to senior management to improve Marketing strategies and offerings. - Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Align Marketing strategies with marketing campaigns for better lead conversion. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the tourism and hospitality sector. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Marketing targets. - Experience with CRM tools, Marketing analytics, and reporting. - Skills required: Marketing & Business Development, Negotiation & Closing Skills, Relationship Management, Leadership & Team Management, Strategic Thinking & Decision Making, Target-Oriented Approach, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
