Director of Consulting Delivery

As the Delivery Head at Prospecta, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of global product implementations from project initiation to closure. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership, alliances, and technical teams to ensure project margins, quality, financial results, and client satisfaction are met. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for: - Leading P&L responsibility for the delivery organization, optimizing margins, ensuring cost efficiency, and accurate revenue forecasting. - Defining the hiring strategy, workforce planning, and capability development roadmap for the Delivery team. - Providing strong people leadership covering task allocation, performance management, leave/overtime approvals, billing validation, and improvement plans. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in: - Serving as a senior delivery leader for international clients, fostering strategic alignment, building trust, and ensuring ongoing customer success. - Defining, leading, and continually enhancing Delivery Operations for the delivery team, including frameworks, SLAs, reporting, and compliance. - Holding complete accountability for the success of every engagement in terms of quality, delivery, financial outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Strong delivery leadership experience managing large, complex global implementations. - Expertise in SaaS/product implementation, enterprise integration frameworks, and project management methodologies. - High commercial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership, margin optimization, and forecasting. - Demonstrated capability in building delivery frameworks, governance models, and SOPs. - Proven people leadership and team scaling experience across technical and consulting roles. - Experience working with global teams and customers across multiple time zones.
