Director - Global Finance

As the Director, Global Finance at Datatechindia, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the company's global financial operations. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of finance professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and providing strategic financial guidance to support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the global financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other accounting standards. - Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. - Manage SAP P2P and SAP R2R processes to optimize efficiency in procurement and accounting operations. - Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging ERP solutions for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development. - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial service providers. - Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, and accounting principles. - Proven ability to lead and manage a global finance team effectively. - Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP P2P and SAP R2R modules. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA preferred. - Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive finance experience, focusing on global financial operations and corporate finance. - Experience in establishing and managing a Finance Centre of Excellence is highly desirable.
