Director - Finance and Accounting Solutions

**Job Description:** As a Director - F&A Solution at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving transformational solutions for clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a domain expert in Record-to-Report and FP&A processes, encompassing RTR, Financial reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, and more. - Leading end-to-end pre-sales activities for digital capabilities, including identifying opportunities, proposing digital solutions, creating business cases, and engaging in solution building. - Executing FP&A transformation projects for global clients, leveraging digital technologies, automation, analytics, and other tools applicable to FP&A processes. - Conducting process diagnostics, blueprinting activities, and demonstrating proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy, project-oriented environment while collaborating effectively with teams to drive outcomes. - Developing strong client relationships at various levels and driving discussions on transformational solutions. - Proposing key levers and differentiators to clients for their transformation journey, participating in strategic projects, and contributing to solution design exercises. - Understanding client digital transformation needs, providing customized solutions, developing digital assets, collaterals, and case studies. - Collaborating with multiple departments within the company to lead clients through their transformation journey. - Contributing to thought leadership by preparing and publishing white papers, as well as participating in webinars to promote joint value propositions with partners. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance. - 12 or more years of work experience in accounting and systems roles. - Profound understanding of R2R and FP&A processes, along with experience in leading successful systems implementations and stakeholder engagement. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with SAP, Blackline, and similar ERPs. - Knowledge of Tableau, data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform), and Financial Modelling would be advantageous. - Experience in managing large, multidisciplinary projects such as software/ERP implementations and finance transformations. - Collaborative, team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners. *Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree minimum required, CA preferred *Experience Level:* Executive Level **Job Description:** As a Director - F&A Solution at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving transformational solutions for clients across various industries.
