Director - Cyber Security

You will be joining our organization's Building Automation business as a Product Security Leader (PSL) for the Security and Access Solutions (SAS) strategic business unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the cybersecurity and privacy strategies that are implemented to safeguard all products developed for the Security and Access Solutions business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the chief advisor to the Security Access Solution's VP/CTO on product security and privacy strategies, as well as cyber risk management for the product portfolio. - Influence the development of Security Access's products and ensure they are designed and default secure as a member of the VP/CTO's extended leadership team. - Mentor Product Security Directors, Security Architects, Security Champions & developers to enhance their product security expertise. - Track and enhance product security metrics of Security Access products throughout their development life cycle for continuous enhancement. - Share responsibility with the Security Access Solutions VP/CTO for ensuring customer security, including Product Security Risk Management and compliance with corporate and BA Product Security Risk Management policies. - Promote the adoption of product security requirements and advocate for the use of Building Automation standard components within Security Access Solutions. - Evaluate and refine product security processes to maintain efficiency and optimize security. - Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities to support incident response and achieve closure. - Serve as the main point of contact for critical customer cybersecurity issues, product security compliance, and external security certifications. **MUST HAVE:** - 6+ years of experience in securing Cloud, Mobile, and on-premises software, including embedded Linux and RTOS software systems, and installable Windows client and server software. - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices. - 2+ years of hands-on and leadership experience in software development. - 10+ years of experience in technology and cybersecurity. - Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle and practices such as threat modeling, security reviews, penetration tests, and security incident response. - Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62243, NIST 800-53, NIST RMF, etc. - Experience in conducting secure product reviews using automated (SAST, DAST, SCA, etc.) and manual activities (Penetration Testing). - Understanding of 'security by design' principles and architecture-level security concepts. - Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging security threats and methods for exploiting security vulnerabilities.
