Job Description
You will be operating as the primary force multiplier for the Growth Customer Sales (GCS) organization, translating executive vision into operational reality. You will act as the point of contact for strategy sales operations and cross-functional execution to ensure that the CBO's top priorities are met with precision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the CBO's strategic extension in structuring GTM strategies and securing partnerships.
- Develop high-level business cases and commercial narratives translating complex data into board-ready reports.
- Own commercial GTM and revenue planning for growth customers in the Sports and Entertainment ecosystem.
- Drive a unified platform monetization strategy to maximize yield across digital and linear inventory.
- Own revenue pipeline health, identify structural bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions to ensure target attainment.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Product Marketing and Content teams to align pricing packaging and monetization across digital and linear platforms.
**Skills & Attributes for Success:**
- Operate with an execution-first mentality and bias toward outcomes.
- Operate comfortably at CXO and Board levels, challenging viewpoints with data and judgment.
- Well-versed with data & insights.
**Preferred Education & Experience:**
- 7-8 years of experience spanning management consulting and commercial strategy within the media tech or sports sectors.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIM or equivalent).
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, revenue pipeline management, and strategic planning tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides). Working knowledge of SQL/Tableau is a plus.
