Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth.

Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing teams including task delegation, performance evaluations, training, and career development to ensure high productivity and creativity.

Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and ROI analysis; monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, product) to align digital initiatives with business objectives and execute integrated campaigns.

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies; evaluate new tools and technologies to maintain competitive edge.

Manage digital advertising spend across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms; conduct A/B testing and refine targeting for maximum performance.

Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations showcasing campaign results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for leadership review.
