As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your role will require a combination of creativity and analytical skills, along with a solid understanding of digital channels, performance metrics, and customer behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. - Create, edit, and oversee content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels. - Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports. - Perform keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. - Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Conduct tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to enhance ROI and conversion rates. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. - Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar platforms). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint. - Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). - Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
