- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to enhance ROI and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
