Job Description: Role Overview: As the Project Director at a fast-growing digital marketing startup, your main responsibility is to plan, execute, and deliver digital campaigns such as SEO, PPC, Social, and Email on time and within budget. You will coordinate teams including creative, development, and content, manage resources, track KPIs, mitigate risks, and utilize tools like Google Analytics and Asana. Your focus will be on ensuring that projects align with business goals, particularly in lead generation and brand awareness. Your key duties will involve optimizing workflows, facilitating cross-functional communication, and analyzing performance data to ensure successful campaign completion. Key Responsibilities: - Define scope, set deadlines, and plan campaigns for SEO, PPC, Social, and Content - Manage budgets and lead digital projects from kickoff to completion - Oversee day-to-day activities and monitor progress - Develop timelines, roadmaps, and requirements documentation - Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively - Implement and optimize internal project management systems - Create workflows, SOPs, and documentation for scalable operations - Forecast resource capacity and project bandwidth - Coordinate with creative, content, design, and tech teams, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration - Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and review sessions - Monitor project progress, track KPIs, analyze campaign data, conduct A/B tests, and optimize funnels - Provide regular updates to the Executive Administrator - Adapt to shifting priorities with agility and contribute to shaping the organizational structure and process culture Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or Communications - Master's Degree (Optional): MBA or MS in Management - 3-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in Digital agencies - Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, PPC, Analytics, and marketing workflows - Strong organizational, time management, and multi-project management skills - Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills - Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of building processes from scratch - Proactive, future-thinking, and highly organized with attention to detail - Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and confident communicator - Ability to anticipate risks and think several steps ahead Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management - Background in operations or process optimization - Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals - Experience with remote or distributed teams Apply now to explore more about this exciting opportunity.
