Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at our company in Tirunelveli, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, optimizing user experience, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. Your expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, User Research, Wireframing & Prototyping, UI/UX Design, and Usability Testing will be key to achieving our marketing goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic. - Manage and optimize SMM campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. - Oversee content marketing efforts, including strategy development, content creation, and distribution. - Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, pain points, and preferences. - Create and refine wireframes and prototypes to enhance digital user experiences. - Design and improve UI and UX elements for websites, apps, and digital platforms. - Conduct usability testing to evaluate product effectiveness and enhance user satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless digital experience. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Proven experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing. - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools. - Proficiency in user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools. - Expertise in UI design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. - Strong understanding of UX design, usability testing, and user behavior analysis. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine marketing strategies. - Excellent project management and communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with marketing automation tools. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress. - Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. - Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus. **Education:** - Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field. - Additional certifications in SEO, UI/UX Design, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
