Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager at AzimutIBenetti, you will play a key role in positioning our brand as an innovative and sophisticated leader in the luxury sector through the development and implementation of digital strategies. Your creativity, advanced technology skills, and data analysis expertise will be crucial in attracting an exclusive clientele and strengthening our global presence.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Digital Strategy**
- Define, implement, and optimize a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and the premium positioning of the brand.
- Monitor digital trends and propose innovative solutions, such as adopting emerging technologies (AI, virtual reality) for cutting-edge digital experiences.
- Identify growth opportunities through digital channels and tools suitable for an exclusive audience.
- **Brand Management and Content**
- Oversee the management and optimization of the company website, ensuring a high-level user experience and content in line with brand values.
- Coordinate the creation of quality content (videos, images, texts) to enhance the premium image of the brand across all digital channels.
- Manage and monitor social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase engagement and build a loyal online community.
- **Advertising and Lead Generation**
- Design and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on acquiring high-quality leads.
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and web traffic.
- Segment the target audience and personalize campaigns based on customer needs and behaviors.
- Monitor campaign ROI and take corrective measures to optimize performance.
- **Analysis and Reporting**
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track key performance indicators: web traffic, conversions, campaign performance, and online reputation.
- Create detailed reports with strategic insights and recommendations to enhance digital activities.
- Collaborate with the team to align digital data with business objectives and CRM strategies.
- **Collaboration and Innovation**
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring integration between digital and traditional activities.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Oversee the development and updating of proprietary tools (e.g., Web Configurator, CRM) in collaboration with the IT department.
- Stay updated on best practices and technological innovations to implement new tools supporting sales network and customer experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury or highly specialized sectors.
- Deep knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and innovation orientation.
- Ability to work independently, managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
