As a data-driven and creative digital marketer experienced in optimizing multi-channel performance for B2B Services and Product companies, your role overview involves developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. You will lead end-to-end management of digital campaigns across key channels such as Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Leading end-to-end management of digital campaigns across key channels.
- Leveraging HubSpot for email marketing, workflows, and lead nurturing, CRM integration and customer journey mapping, marketing automation and campaign tracking, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Ensuring marketing content is aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
- Staying updated with industry trends and emerging digital tools and platforms.
Key Tools & Platforms you will be working with include:
- HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, Reporting Dashboards)
- Google Ads & Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Email & Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp as a backup)
- Social Media Management Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress
