You are seeking a seasoned and strategic Digital Marketing Expert to lead and scale the entire digital portfolio at Nemetschek Group in India. Your role will involve overseeing high-level digital strategy and actively participating in complex performance marketing initiatives. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications required for this position:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the overarching digital strategy, integrating various digital channels like paid search, display, social media, email, webinars, and content marketing to create a unified brand presence.
- Direct comprehensive performance marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube to maximize qualified lead generation and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on critical metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and multi-touch attribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through digital channels, optimizing landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, content personalization, and campaign efficiency.
- Design lead nurturing workflows using Marketo and Salesforce to manage the conversion funnel effectively.
- Manage marketing budgets strategically, ensuring proper allocation across channels to achieve aggressive business impact targets.
- Oversee the development of high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, videos) that establish Nemetschek as an industry leader in the AEC/O sector.
- Lead relationships with external agencies and technology partners to ensure maximum value delivery and alignment with global standards.
- Create marketing dashboards and reports, present insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership regularly.
- Support go-to-market launches for new products and features with integrated marketing campaigns.
**Required Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or engineering; an MBA in Marketing or advanced certifications (Google Ads, Hub Spot) are highly preferred.
- **Experience:**
- 1015 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, preferably within the AEC/O or construction technology sectors.
- Mastery of Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced marketing attribution modeling.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to collaborate with internal and global executive teams.
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
- Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and demonstrate measurable ROI and business impact.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to extract actionable insights.
**Technical Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience with landing page builders (Marketo, Lead pages, etc.) and marketing CMS platforms.
- Ability to work with marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
