As a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist at Element34, your primary role will be to help the company reach enterprise Quality Assurance (QA), DevOps, and engineering leaders who prioritize secure test automation. You will be responsible for owning SEO, content creation, and digital demand generation to establish the 'behind-the-firewall' SBOX solution as a recognizable and trusted brand within the enterprise testing space. Your position will involve optimizing the company's web presence, enhancing search visibility, and developing content that attracts and converts enterprise prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Website & SEO Optimization**
- Improve online visibility by enhancing website performance, SEO, and content discoverability.
- Create landing pages and conversion flows to convert visitors into qualified leads and demo requests.
- Conduct audits to refresh website SEO, including meta tags, schema, internal linking, and site performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to track visitor behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics for continuous refinement.
- **Content Creation & Distribution**
- Plan and publish high-quality, SEO-driven content (blogs, case studies, thought pieces) targeting enterprise QA, DevOps, and engineering leaders in regulated industries.
- Manage LinkedIn and website publishing cadence to ensure steady engagement and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align content and campaigns with key buyer pain points and product messaging.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for content production and SEO optimization acceleration.
- **Paid Search & Digital Campaigns**
- Launch targeted digital campaigns (e.g., paid search, social, or email) to generate qualified leads and expand top-of-funnel awareness.
- Maximize marketing budgets to drive MQL volume and website traffic, identifying cost-efficient channels and tools.
- Continuously measure performance across channels, optimizing campaigns to enhance cost efficiency and lead quality.
- **Analytics & Growth Reporting**
- Track and report marketing performance metrics such as traffic growth, engagement, and lead conversions.
- Share learnings with leadership regularly to refine messaging, targeting, and content strategy.
- Identify new growth opportunities based on data, experimentation, and emerging digital trends.
In this role, you will excel if you enjoy independent work, turning technical topics into engaging content, working within a global remote team, and possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
**Required Skills**
- Experience scaling SEO and content-led growth for a technical B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Frase, etc.).
- Ability to manage and create content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong writing skills for technical blog and web content.
- Familiarity with paid search platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to plan and execute independently.
**Preferred Skills**
- Marketing experience targeting QA, DevOps, or enterprise IT audiences.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM and integrating MQLs into pipeline workflows.
- Familiarity with AI content tools or data-driven SEO automation workflows.
