Job Description

As a Content Marketing Specialist at our company, your primary role is to develop and execute creative and effective content that attracts high quality leads, drives engagement, and creates brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating high-quality creative content across various channels and collaborating closely with digital marketing teams to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative and engaging ad copies tailored for digital platforms such as social media ads, Google Ads, and display ads. - Write compelling content for effective email marketing campaigns across diverse programs to keep leads engaged throughout the marketing campaign. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create ad copies and email campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive desired actions. - Craft high-quality PR content including press releases, media pitches, articles, and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as design, product, and sales to ensure content supports overall business objectives. - Support the Marcom team in executing social media marketing initiatives. - Provide complete content support for other content formats such as authored articles, blogs, program pages, infographics, slide decks, and other visual forms of content. - Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital advertising, PR, and content marketing to continuously enhance content strategy and execution. Qualifications Required: - Must have skills: Content Strategy & Planning, SEO & Keyword Optimization, Copywriting & Editing - Good to have skills: Multimedia Content Creation (Video, Audio, Animation), SEO & Digital Content Optimization, Lead Generation Content, Cross-functional Collaboration - Experience: 5+ years of experience - Educational Qualification: Graduate (Mass Communication and Journalism Preferred) In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our content marketing strategy and ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience effectively.
