Job Description

Role Overview: As a Digital Advertising Manager, Paid Search & Social at Trilliad, you will be responsible for capturing high-intent demand within client engagements. Your role will involve intercepting buyers actively searching for solutions and feeding qualified demand into the broader ABX and revenue engine. Your success in this role will depend on fast decision-making, disciplined optimization, and a deep understanding of how search behavior connects to landing experiences, account strategy, and downstream conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Own paid search strategy and execution across MaaS client engagements - Capture high-intent demand through efficient, well-structured search campaigns - Continuously optimize performance to improve efficiency and conversion - Share insights that inform ABM, content, and landing page strategy - Build, manage, and optimize social media, Google Ads, and Bing search campaigns - Conduct keyword research and group keywords by buyer intent and stage - Write, test, and refine search ad copy aligned tightly to landing pages - Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, match types, and targeting - Identify keyword expansion opportunities and emerging intent signals - Leverage automated bidding and Performance Max where appropriate - Coordinate insights with ABX Display and Content Strategists to strengthen overall funnel performance Qualifications Required: - Ad Platforms: LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Trade Desk, Display & Video 360, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager - Critical Thinking - Data Analysis - Data Interpretation & Visualization - Eye for Detail - Paid Search Campaigns: Set-Up and execution - Buyer Intent Mapping - Ad Copy Development - Keyword Research & Management - Presentation Skills - Site Tagging - Storytelling Additional Details: Trilliad focuses on being a growth-oriented company where the Leadership Principles act as a compass for the behavior of every teammate.
