Digital Ad Designer

You will be joining We Are MAD Creative, a digital marketing agency that specializes in building social-first content and performance ad creatives for various brands. The team works at a fast pace, dealing with different brands daily, and places a strong emphasis on design quality and attention to detail. In this role as a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you are expected to have 2-3 years of experience in creating high-quality social media creatives, templates, and performance ad designs. Strong skills in Photoshop, layout, typography, and the ability to adapt quickly to different brand styles are essential for this position. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing scroll-stopping social creatives that grab attention instantly. - Developing multiple ad variations for performance testing. - Managing different brands daily while upholding their unique look and quality. - Collaborating with strategists and account managers to convert briefs into effective creatives. - Ensuring correct sizes, safe zones, export settings, and maintaining file hygiene. - Upholding strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy in all deliverables. Key Qualifications: - 2-3 years of skilled experience in social media design or within an agency. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable). - Good working knowledge of Illustrator (Figma is a plus). - Portfolio showcasing experience in designing for social media and performance ads. - Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. - Comfortable with quick turnarounds and frequent brand switching. - Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
