Job Description
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a dialer system, which includes real-time monitoring, data uploading, reporting and management, campaign creation, understanding of PRI/SIP/Toll Free routing, Asterisk troubleshooting, skill-based routing, database backup, IVR creation, data churning strategy and implementation, connectivity and business improvement analysis, DND scrubbing, downtime tracking and reporting, PRI level monitoring, and timely escalation response.
