Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Reviewing and modifying CI/CD principles
- Maintaining CI/CD tools/platforms
- Developing and maintaining pipeline configurations
- Automating processes
- Helping operation and developers teams to solve their problems
Your qualifications should include:
- Hands-on DevOps experience, working with automation, infrastructure, tooling, and developer workflows within the automotive industry
- Script writing (languages are irrelevant)
- Ability to interpret and write source code (languages are irrelevant)
- Management of infrastructure assets (networks, servers, operating systems, DBs)
- Familiarity with software packing tools (.exe, .deb, .rpm, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working with Azure Devops Services
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Subversion, Artifactory)
- Familiarity with Gerrit
- Management of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with security/vulnerability tools
- Familiarity with code coverage analytical tools
- Familiarity with monitoring tools
- Ability to decompose complex processes into understandable components
- Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, or other equivalent tools is a plus
