DevOps Engineer

You will apply strong problem-solving skills and adapt efficiently to evolving environments. - Comfortable with pair or mob programming and working closely within cross-functional development teams - Proficient in programming languages (Python) with the ability to build functional services accompanied by automated tests - Strong automation expertise, including unit testing and the use of automated testing frameworks - Delivers incremental work continuously, embraces short feedback cycles, and strives to push all work to production - Knowledgeable about branching strategies, understanding when and why to use them and when they may be overused - Solid technical background in build, release, and environment management, with hands-on experience in software build tools and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub Actions - Strong proficiency in Linux and/or Windows operating systems, with comfort using the command line - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with serverless functions, containers, and virtual machines - Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure ARM, or Pulumi - Understanding of telemetry and observability practices including monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection and experience with tools like Elastic, Grafana, Datadog, Sensu, or Prometheus - Skilled in network implementation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with networking teams to design and maintain networks - Experience in running, operating, and supporting production software reliably This role requires a strong technical background in software development, automation, and cloud platforms.
