Design/UX Designer

As a UX Designer at EazyDiner, you will be deeply focused on users, data-driven, and dedicated to creating seamless digital experiences. Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams, you will design solutions that prioritize both user needs and business objectives for web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of UX design for critical product journeys, covering discovery, reservation, and post-dining engagement phases. - Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and surveys to identify pain points and opportunities. - Transform research insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs. - Partner with Product Managers to establish problem statements, success metrics, and UX strategy. - Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure the implementation of high-quality designs. - Manage and enhance EazyDiner's design system to maintain consistency and scalability. - Utilize data, analytics, and experimentation to continuously enhance user experiences. - Advocate for UX best practices and elevate the design standards within the organization. Qualifications: - 25 years of experience as a UX Designer/Product Designer, with a preference for consumer tech or marketplace background. - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in designing for mobile apps and responsive web products. - Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. - Sound understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture. - Ability to effectively communicate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment. Nice to Have: - Experience with UX research methods and usability testing tools. - Knowledge of analytics tools and A/B testing practices. - Exposure to design systems and accessibility standards. - Background in consumer apps, food tech, travel, or e-commerce.
