Position: Design Manager (Machine Tools Industry)
Location: Rajkot
Salary: Up to 40 LPA
Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
Experience: 10+ Years in Machine Tools Industry
Software Skills: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Creo, NX
About the Company

Single Point C Frame Cross Shaft Power Presses
Two Point Power Presses
Ring Frame Cross Shaft Power Presses
Single Point H Frame Power Presses
Double Column 2 Point H Frame Power Presses
H Frame Single Point Eccentric Drive Power Presses
H Frame Two Point Eccentric Drive Power Presses
Knuckle Joint Press
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete design & development of mechanical power presses
Handle concept design, detailing, validation & optimization of heavy machinery
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms & quality benchmarks
Coordinate with production, quality & procurement teams
Guide and mentor the design team
Drive cost reduction & value engineering initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong technical knowledge of press machine structure design, cross shaft mechanisms, eccentric drives & knuckle joint systems
Experience in heavy fabrication design & machine assembly
Good leadership & project management skills
Exposure to FEA analysis & design validation preferred
