Deposit Pricing Analyst

You will be joining the Wealth Management Solutions team in Mumbai as a Deposit Pricing Analyst under the Banking Solutions business within the Asset & Wealth Management Line of Business in India. Reporting to the Global Head of Pricing, your role will be crucial in contributing to the success of the Banking Practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing a quantitative and analytical perspective to problem-solving - Developing and planning analytical projects aligned with business priorities - Being intellectually curious about global macroeconomics, interest rates, and monetary policy - Developing expertise in mining and analyzing large amounts of data using tools like Python, R, SQL, SAS, Alteryx - Creating essential management information for decision support - Developing data analytics, reporting, and visualization for stakeholders - Leading and assisting in senior management presentations and reviews - Modifying and maintaining pricing strategy for interest rates for global deposit products - Designing, building, and maintaining models and databases for evaluating the impact of deposit rate changes - Identifying business improvement opportunities and recommending solutions - Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support deposit business objectives Qualifications required for this role: - MBA or equivalent experience in a related discipline - 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the Banking sector - 2-3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Finance, or Treasury functions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Access, Power Point, and data mining tools like SQL, R, Python, SAS - Strong analytical skills to solve business problems - Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions effectively - Initiative, energy, and confidence in completing projects independently - Good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information - Ability to manage stakeholders from different functions effectively - Shift timing: EMEA Join a team that partners with advisors to assist clients in managing banking and custody scenarios effectively across multiple regions.
