Database Technical Lead (SQL + MongoDB)

As a TLM Application Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Technical Lead with more than 6 years of experience in SQL/NoSQL development, design, and maintenance. - Lead the development and optimization of complex SQL queries, procedures, schemas, and indexing strategies. - Drive database architecture, performance tuning, availability, security, and disaster recovery for SQL environments. The focus will be on availability, security, and disaster recovery aligned with CIS standards. - Resolve complex database issues and provide technical guidance to teams. - Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architects in an Agile delivery model. - Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and maintain essential documentation. Qualifications Required: - MongoDB Exposure is mandatory. - Working knowledge of MongoDB basics and willingness to scale up. - Support and collaborate on hybrid SQL MongoDB architectures. - Perform data load activities moving data from SQL to MongoDB systems.
